Ceylon Supreme Pekoe Black Tea

Tried this tea for the first time while having breakfast at the Tuck Box in Carmel a few years ago and liked it. Decided to buy a 6 oz bag to enjoy at home when we went back to this cute place last month. Other than the origin (Sri Lanka, formelly Ceylon; hence the name of the tea), there isn't much information about this tea. So no information on the plantation location or the harverst year.

I used a glass teapot to brew 1 teaspoon of the leaf with 8-once cup of boiling water. I liked my tea light so I didn't steep it very long. It was nice, crisp and had a little bit citrus taste at the background.
